You don’t have to navigate it by yourself.NAMI Connection is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions. It’s a place to connect with people who understand, share experiences if you choose, and find encouragement and support.
You’re welcome to come as you are. You don’t need to be a NAMI member, and there is no cost to attend.
