Loofah Harvest and Seed Saving Party

We are taking some time to harvest our loofahs and we want you to join in. This is a once a year event, so sign up before it is to late.

Ready to get your hands dirty and have some fun? Come hang out with us in person for a day of loofah harvesting and seed saving goodness!

First to buy a ticket is first to harvest the biggest fattest loofah on the vines.

Yes folks these loofahs were grown on site, so very low carbon foot print, and they will all be used locally.

You get to harvest, and learn to process the loofah. Which mean you will have seeds to plant when March 2027 comes around.

UPDATE: We will also be make soap bars with our loofahs that day, so check the Add-On option when checking out

Info: Everyone will have time to come in and grab a hot or iced cup of coffee, and check out our massive loofah wall

Info: First to buy a ticket, is the first to pick the biggest and best Loofah on the vine. A larger loofah will mean more seeds and of course more loofah

Info: We will harvest our seeds dry and then mark our loofah so it does not get lost in the big water pots.

Info: Everyone will add their loofah to one of the bigger pots to soak the skin of the loofah. This will make peeling much easier

Info: While our loofahs soak, we can walk the property and see what else is growing, including our white pumpkins on the south outer wall, our 6 new citrus trees and much much more

Info: No need for a description here, we are doing just what it says, LETS PEEL THE LOOFAH SKIN!!!

Info: We will be making our custom soap bars. I will have fragrances and some extra additives for our soaps.
