About Bruno
Bruno Feldeisen is a judge on CBC’s The Great Canadian Baking Show and an award-winning chef and cookbook author.
He is the author of Baking With Bruno, winner of the 2021 NY Big Book Award for Best Cookbook and recipient of a Silver Medal at the 2021 IBPA Benjamin Franklin Awards.
He is also the author of The Bacon, Butter, Bourbon & Chocolate Cookbook.
