About this Event

Bringing together the capital’s most influential voices in planning, law, local government and development, the conference will unpack the challenges and opportunities shaping the built environment and offer the latest thinking on planning and development in the capital.

This year’s programme examines the legal, policy and commercial realities of developing in London as the new London Plan emerges, with a range of sessions covering the NPPF, the Building Safety Act, planning risk, viability, strategic development, investment in London projects, the future of local plans, and other key topics. This conference will offer delegates strategic insight, expert legal analysis and real‑world perspectives from across the planning landscape.
