Hi everyone! We have a Saturday brunch! We've also chosen to do this at the end of half term in the hopes more of you can come.
Everyone is invited (provided they respect children's publishing!). Feel free to invite anyone you think will enjoy this. We want to see all of you.
As before, brunch will be held at the Terrace Restaurant in the British Library. If you’ve never been before, it’s a chance to hang out with other writers and illustrators in a casual, no-pressure environment.
Directions to the Terrace Cafe:
Just because I got confused the first time, the British Library have a system where they have an upper and lower ground floor, so the first floor actually looks like it’s the second floor. When you head inside the library, head up the first flight of steps (or the escalators beside it). Walk straight past the desks and turn right. Head right to the end and the entrance is on the left. We usually sit just behind the cafe counter, on the long table with sofa-style seating. We’ll put up a sign on the table so you can spot us.
If you’ve had a book published in the last few months, do bring it along so we can celebrate.
We look forward to seeing you there.
