Loch Nisse Monster is an Ottawa-based folk-rock artist whose work blends storytelling and atmosphere into a distinctive musical voice. Drawing on influences from folk traditions, retro rock, and contemporary singer-songwriters, the project is defined by intimate, witty lyricism, textured arrangements, and commitment to warming hearts. Each performance is crafted to feel immersive and personal, inviting audiences into a shared storytelling space energized with melodic rock. Since debuting in 2023, Loch Nisse Monster has steadily built momentum through compelling live performances at venues across Canada and become a staple in the local festival network. Loch Nisse Monster’s debut album, Forensis (2025), is the concept record of a crime scene as a metaphor for a breakup. The follow up deluxe version was released in 2026, titled Forensis (Solved).
