Visit The Center on October 3rd for a local tea tasting with Volition Tea and a pastry pop-up with What Margie Made.
About this Event

Volition Tea, founded by Annie Xiang, is tea company sourcing exceptional loose leaf teas from small producers in China and thoughtfully grown herbals from farms in the United States. They believe every great cup begins with the people who cultivate, harvest, and craft it. Through direct relationships and visits to origin, they seek to understand not only how their teas are made, but the stories, traditions, and communities behind them. Taste a wide array of their wonderful teas during the event and purchase a tube (or a few) to bring home!

What Margie Made marries traditional French pastry techniques with contemporary flavors that evoke special memories from throughout Margie Singson’s life. She enjoys using seasonal ingredients and highlighting local vendors in her small-batch, artisanal bakes. We’re excited to see the delicious menu of pastries that Margie creates inspired by Volition Tea’s wonderful lineup of teas at The Center of Order and Experimentation.
