LOCAL LEGENDS LEADERSHIP BREAKFASTFeaturing Mike Adams
Friday, October 23, 2026 | 9:30 AM–11:00 AM
Some people build a career in one lane.
Mike Adams built several.
Hotel executive. Broadcaster. Ring announcer. Sales leader. Community personality.
Mike has spent decades learning what it takes to lead people, build relationships, entertain an audience, sell an experience, and stay relevant in industries where performance matters.
Named Hotelier of the Decade, Mike has served in leadership roles with major Marriott and Hilton brands and as General Manager of Isleta Hotel and Casino.
But his story does not stop at hospitality.
Mike also built a 30-year broadcasting career that included 610 The Sports Animal and ESPN 101.7 The Team, while becoming one of New Mexico’s most recognizable voices in combat sports as a longtime boxing and MMA ring announcer.
His impact on the sport earned him a place in the New Mexico Boxing Hall of Fame.
At this Local Legends Leadership Breakfast, we are going beyond the résumé.
We’ll talk about leadership, sales, hospitality, broadcasting, reinvention, relationships, pressure, and what it really takes to walk into a room and own your role.
You’ll hear the stories behind the microphone, behind the hotel desk, behind the sales meetings, and behind a career built across several very different industries.
Expect real lessons.
Expect a few great stories.
And knowing Mike, expect some laughs along the way.
Local Legends Leadership Breakfast is built for business owners, executives, emerging leaders, sales professionals, and community leaders who want to learn from the people who have helped shape New Mexico.
Breakfast is included.
Seats are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal, conversational, and valuable.
