🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! LET’S GET THE LMES TRACK READY! 🚨🏁 TRACK WORKING BEE – SESSION 1 🏁
We’re getting stuck in and we need YOU! 💪
The LMES track needs some TLC before the wet weather hits. We’ll be working together to raise sections of the track with gravel, helping make it safer in wet conditions and allowing us to keep the track running when the ground gets damp.
📅 Saturday 3 October
⏰ 8:00am – 11:30am
📍 LMES
💥 WHAT WE NEED:
At least 10 able-bodied volunteers ready to get stuck in, grab a shovel and help us move some gravel!
🧤 BRING WITH YOU:
✔️ Your own shovel
✔️ Your own work gloves
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Hat & sunscreen
☀️ DRESS FOR THE JOB:
👕 Sun-safe clothing
🥾 Sturdy, appropriate footwear
💧 Plenty of water
🍔 WE’LL LOOK AFTER YOU!
Once the hard work is done, we’ll fire up the BBQ and feed our amazing volunteers!
