La Leche League Canada (LLLC) meetings are free, informal, and open to all – come as you are! Breastfeeding mothers and parents, pregnant people, partners, and little ones are welcome. And don't worry about being late - we understand 🤗You don’t need to wait until you're struggling to reach out, and you don't need a problem to belong here. LLLC Groups are not just for hard moments. They’re for everyday moments too: the quiet ones, the joyful ones, and the 'is this normal?' ones.

🆓Leaders are experienced nursing parents trained and accredited by La Leche League Canada to provide breastfeeding support at meetings, by phone, text, email or in person. Because Leaders are volunteers, LLLC services are FREE.
