Join Lizzy Jeff, Andrea Better of Better Yoga and ODC Wellness for an intimate wellness and lifestyle experience in beautiful Negril, Jamaica.
Retreat Flow: ODC Wellness Sunset Edition is designed to bring guests together for movement, mindfulness, healing, authentic Jamaican food, music, culture, community and an unforgettable island sunset.
The experience begins with a meet and greet hosted by Lizzy Jeff, followed by a guided beach yoga reset led by seasoned yoga instructor Andrea Better. Guests will then take part in a Smoke & Stretch wellness session with Lizzy Jeff and the Zen & Kush Vixens, followed by a brief Ganja Prayer centered on gratitude, intention and connection.
Guests will enjoy an authentic Jamaican ital meal prepared locally over a wood fire, with music provided by a local selector. The afternoon will offer space to relax, network, connect and enjoy the beauty and culture of Negril.
Weather and sea conditions permitting, guests will take part in a private sunset boat experience along the Negril coastline. If conditions do not allow the boat to operate safely, transportation will be provided to Rick’s Cafe or another suitable sunset location so the experience can continue on land.
The evening will conclude with a sound-healing closing ceremony featuring Andrea Better and Lizzy Jeff.
This is more than a one-day event. It is an introduction to the future of ODC Wellness and our vision for intimate Jamaica wellness retreats that allow guests to experience the island, its culture and its community in a meaningful way.
Two attendees will also be selected to receive a complimentary three-day detox experience at ODC Wellness.
Event Schedule
2:00 PM — Arrival & Check-In
Guests arrive, check in, receive their event credentials and enjoy a relaxed welcome before the experience begins.
2:22 PM — Meet & Greet with Lizzy Jeff
Meet host Lizzy Jeff, take photos, connect with fellow guests and receive a warm welcome into the Retreat Flow experience.
3:00 PM — Yoga Reset with Andrea Better
Enjoy a guided beachfront yoga experience led by Andrea Better of Better Yoga. The session is designed for all experience levels and will focus on movement, mindfulness, restoration and connection.
4:00 PM — Smoke & Stretch
Join Lizzy Jeff and the Zen & Kush Vixens for an intentional wellness experience centered on gentle stretching, mindful relaxation, conversation and community connection.
Participation is optional, and guests are responsible for following all applicable local laws and personal wellness considerations.
4:20 PM — Ganja Prayer
A brief moment of gratitude, reflection and intention honoring nature, community, wellness and the spirit of Jamaica.
4:44 PM — Ital Meal, Music & Connection
Enjoy a freshly prepared Jamaican wood-fired ital meal while listening to music from a local selector, networking with fellow guests and taking in the Negril atmosphere.
5:55 PM — Sunset Boat Experience
Guests will depart for a private sunset boat experience along the Negril coastline, weather and sea conditions permitting.
If the sea is too rough or conditions are unsafe, transportation will be provided to Rick’s Cafe or another suitable sunset location so the experience can continue on land.
7:30 PM — Closing Ceremony and Sound Healing
Close the evening with a restorative sound-healing experience featuring Andrea Better and Lizzy Jeff as the group comes together in celebration of wellness, culture, gratitude and connection.
8:00 PM — Event Conclusion
The public event concludes. The schedule and activities may be adjusted based on weather, transportation, safety or local conditions.

The VIP Wellness Experience is designed for guests who want a more intimate and elevated experience during the December 6 event.

VIP space is intentionally limited to maintain a personal and intimate atmosphere.
ODC Wellness Giveaway
Two paid attendees will be selected to receive a complimentary three-day detox experience at ODC Wellness.
Each paid ticket includes one giveaway entry.
The complimentary experience does not include airfare, passports, travel insurance, transportation to Jamaica, personal expenses or anything outside the stated detox package unless specifically provided in writing.
Winners must schedule their experience based on ODC Wellness availability and comply with all applicable guest requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes the scheduled wellness experiences, yoga, the ital meal, music, the planned sunset experience and one entry into the ODC Wellness giveaway.
Is transportation to the event included?
Transportation to and from the main event location is not included unless specifically stated in your ticket package.
Transportation connected to the alternate sunset plan will be provided when applicable.
Is the boat experience guaranteed?
No. The boat experience is dependent on weather, sea conditions, vessel availability and local safety guidance.
Guest safety is the priority. If the boat cannot operate safely, the sunset experience will be moved to Rick’s Cafe or another suitable land-based location.
What is Smoke & Stretch?
Smoke & Stretch is an optional wellness session focused on gentle stretching, relaxation, mindfulness, conversation and community connection.
Guests must follow all applicable local laws and make responsible personal decisions based on their health, comfort and individual circumstances.
Do I need previous yoga experience?
No. The yoga session is designed to welcome beginners and experienced participants.
What should I bring?
Guests should bring comfortable clothing, yoga attire, a yoga mat or towel, sunscreen, water, swimwear if desired and a change of clothing for the evening.
Will yoga mats be provided?
Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. A limited number may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.
Is food included?
Yes. An authentic Jamaican ital meal is included with admission.
Guests should communicate serious food allergies or dietary restrictions to the organizer before the event.
Can I attend without participating in yoga or Smoke & Stretch?
Yes. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
Is the event adults only?
The recommended age is 21 and older unless otherwise approved by the organizer.
What happens if it rains?
The event will continue with reasonable schedule or location adjustments whenever safely possible. Outdoor activities may be relocated, delayed, shortened or replaced when necessary.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are generally final.
If the organizer cancels the entire event and does not provide a replacement date, instructions will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Ticket transfers may be permitted before a stated deadline. The new guest’s information must be submitted to the organizer before the event.
Does the VIP ticket include a Monday wellness-center tour?
No. The VIP experience takes place entirely during the December 6 event from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It does not include a Monday activity or transportation to the ODC Wellness property.
Weather and Schedule Disclaimer
The sunset boat experience is dependent on weather, sea conditions, boat availability and local safety guidance.
If the boat cannot operate safely, ODC Wellness may replace the boat ride with transportation to Rick’s Cafe or another comparable sunset location. This adjustment will not automatically qualify the ticket holder for a refund.
The event schedule, presenters and activities may be adjusted when necessary because of weather, transportation, availability, safety or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
