Lizard Lounge #6 Lizard Lounge returns for one night only on Saturday, November 28th!
We’ve had a little break, but now we’re coming back to blast the roof off Odeon Richmond with a stack of alternative pop classics and all-time dance-floor favourites — from Depeche Mode, Pixies, Chemical Brothers and New Order to pure pop classics… and so much more.
The Lizard Lounge opened in 1990, playing a mix of anything that got people moving on the dance floor — from The Cult to Kylie. It didn’t matter what genre it was, as long as it had the beat to get everyone up and moving. And it certainly did.
Saturday nights were packed for more than 11 years, with the club gradually expanding to Fridays and Thursdays — nights that, at times, rivalled Saturdays in popularity.
Over the course of a weekend, more than a thousand happy dancers could stream through the doors.
From New Order to Madonna, Morrissey to the Chemical Brothers, Pixies to the latest dance hits, the Lizard stopped at all stations.
Now, for one night only, we’re doing it all again.
Saturday, November 28th Odeon Richmond 8.00 pm – 1.00 am
