Start the year with a grounded reset instead of pressure.Join us for an evening that combines a short wellbeing talk with Sarka Horvathova Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, expressive movement, and restorative yoga to help you keep your resolutions in a realistic, holistic and mostly manageable and lasting way.
Sarka will open our session with stress reducing and calming breathwork followed by an interactive talk about how to manage our health related resolutions and goals in this fast pacing world without giving up all together or causing us even more stress and frustration and overhelm.
Talita will follow with an expressive dance and movement session, using simple, accessible movements and Latin inspired rhythms to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and rebuild confidence in how you move. The focus is not on performance or “getting it right”, but on feeling grounded, present, and more at home in your own body.
To close the evening, our yoga teacher will guide a gentle restorative yoga practice, with slow, floor based postures, mindful breathing, and supportive rest. This final section is designed to help your nervous system settle, so you leave feeling nourished, calm, and recharged for the world outside.
No experience needed. Just comfortable clothes and an open mind.
