💬 Let’s Talk About the Things We Don’t Always Talk About. What does it mean to approach the end of life with dignity, intention, and a sense of control?
Join us for the next Living Well for Seniors: Sundays at Noon Forum as we explore Death with Dignity.
📅 Sunday, November 1
⏰ 12–1:30 p.m.
📍 Griffin Hall
Led by Rev. Sieck, Steve Herwig, and Hilary Hippen, this conversation will explore topics including:
• Breaking the taboo around talking about mortality
• Advance directives, healthcare proxies, and personal autonomy
• Creating meaningful and intentional final arrangements
• Spirituality, meaning-making, and mortality
• Preparing ourselves and our families emotionally for grief
These forums are designed for seniors and anyone who cares for or is concerned with a senior. Come with questions, curiosity, or simply a willingness to listen and learn.
🥪 Lunch is available for $10 with advance registration and will be provided by a local sandwich shop.
Talking about death can be difficult—but having these conversations can also help us think more intentionally about how we want to live.
