We are really excited to announce a brand new event at Mapperton this September ⚔️On Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September, Mapperton steps back in time as a reenactment group brings the English Civil War to life across the estate.
Explore a period camp with cooking and sewing demonstrations, watch musket demonstrations, pike drills and drumming on the Croquet Lawn and witness the day's battle unfold across the grounds.
There will be a full parade, period games for younger visitors and drums sounding across the estate all day 🥁
Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September | 10am to 5pm
Adults £10 | Children 5 to 15 £5 | Under 5s free
