Join us for Living Gluten-Free: Finding the Magic in Safe & Confident Living, a class all about what actually goes into navigating gluten-free life with more confidence and less stress. We’ll talk through label reading, cross-contact, eating out, gluten-free substitutions, favorite products, and practical tips for making everyday food choices feel a little easier. We’ll also discuss navigating Thanksgiving while gluten-free, sample a variety of gluten-free foods, and explore what makes different products and ingredients work (or not work) in the kitchen. You’ll leave with 5 gluten-free recipes to try at home and hopefully a little more confidence for the next meal.
