About this Event

Dementia Awareness, Support and Future Planning Event

Join us for a free event bringing together professionals, people living with dementia, carers, families, and community organisations from across Essex to explore how we can support people to live well with dementia and plan confidently for the future.

The event includes two dedicated sessions: a morning Professional Conference for health, social care, housing, voluntary sector, NHS and partner organisations, and an afternoon Community Information Session for people living with dementia, carers, family members, and anyone wanting to learn more about dementia, available support, and future planning.

Through presentations, information stands and networking opportunities, attendees will gain practical advice, discover local services and support, and connect with others who are helping to create dementia-inclusive communities where people can live well today and plan for tomorrow.

Please book the ticket that best matches your role or circumstances.
