Cara Truitt:
Cara has been an entrepreneur in Charlotte for over 20 years. She is the Founder and Licensed Organizer for TEDxSugar Creek Women. In 2024, Cara was honored by KNOW publishing as one of the Top 50 Women to Know In North Carolina. As a community leader, she has collaborated with many non-profit organizations and is passionate about fostering inclusivity and intentional connection. Her diverse career path from creative arts - to leading corporate and healthcare teams - to founding a wellness collective during the pandemic, has led her to facilitate transformational events across the Carolinas. Cara has spoken for
organizations such as CPCC, Gigi’s Playhouse, Grab Life By The Goals, Elizabeth House Foundation, and more. When she’s not speaking or leading a retreat, you can find her hiking on the greenway or at home in Fort Mill, SC with her husband and two young children.

Kacey Johnson:
Kacey is on a mission to inspire women and moms to “go for it". Her motto has always been, “your network is your net worth” and she is a master at cultivating community and supportive women’s environments! She is the founder of Ladies Lifestyle Network which she has expanded into 16 other chapters across the country! Kacey has been in this space for over a decade & truly values community & relationships with other women. Nothing brings her more joy than elevating and highlighting the women around her, and giving them the confidence to share their story. She is also a co-founder of Visionary Blueprint which solely caters to & supports female entrepreneurs. When she is not writing, hosting her podcast or creating for LLN, you can find her at home with her 3 children and husband Tyler, hitting the Charlotte food scene or growing personally with her favorite podcasts and dreaming up new ideas for business!
