Are you looking for the original Japanese Mixed Martial Arts?
Are you ready to dedicate yourself for a structured course of training Tuesday evenings sessions per month? Training times are 7-9pm and where we can, we have a monthly 4 hour workshop.
It is said that adults who study martial arts reap significant benefits. Studying martial arts is something that anybody – at any age or fitness level – can do. Our images look awesome but don’t let that put you off.
Our martial arts classes are challenging, empowering, and provide a great workout for members. If you are looking to defend yourself, lose weight, gain confidence, relieve stress, join a community of like-minded people.
COURAGE, STOICISM & DETERMINATION: Nippon Kempo Kai Martial Arts can help you reach your maximum physical and mental potential, in a safe, friendly and motivating environment. It helps you to build a committed attitude, determination to keep going when your body and mind are stressed, your lungs and muscles burning, to push on. It requires you to develop a space in your life every Tuesday to attend. Make your training a priority. Be of independent mind and follow the path you have chosen. Do not be distracted by others.
SOCIAL AND TRAVEL: The club has a social life where we meet for club meals out once per term. We travel to Europe once per year and attend a London based inter-club workshop once a year. In 2027 we plan to visit Japan, Osaka for their Annual national competition.
