Come spend your lunch hour with like-minded individuals working on creating the life you actually want.
This is a free, one-hour workshop for two kinds of people: those who know what they want but feel stuck getting there, and those who sense there is more for them but cannot yet name it.
Rather than eat at your desk, bring your lunch, grab a snack and a drink, and give yourself sixty minutes on something that actually matters TO YOU.
In 60-minutes we cover three tools:
- Clarity & Vision. Why most goals stall before they start, and the one distinction that changes it.
- Hidden Barriers. Pinpoint the number one thing keeping you stuck, or in the land of "I don't know," and how to move past it.
- Decision & Action. Learn how to make decisions and take action from an empowered place in you.
This is interactive, with activities and exercises, you will write, and you will leave with a blueprint in your own handwriting plus a next step already on your calendar.
What to bring: something to write with, something to write on, and your lunch if you like. Light food and drinks will be provided.
If for some reason you can't make it for the start time, don't worry. Come as soon as you can and join us, even if the workshop has already kicked off.

Ricardo Boggs is a Frisco-based speaker and life coach who helps people find work and a life that actually fulfills them. He earned a BBA in Business Information Systems from TCU, completed the Citibank Technology Leadership Program, then served as VP of Technology at a global personal development and life coaching company before founding his own purpose and life coaching practice. Bilingual, born and raised in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
