🎒🧢 BACKPACKS, BEANIES & BLESSINGS — FINAL TRAINING, PRAYER & BACKPACK PACKINGGetting Ready to Go! | Friday, November 20, 2026
We’re almost ready to hit the streets! Join us for our final training session as we prepare our hearts, sharpen our skills, and get everything ready for the Backpacks, Beanies & Blessings outreach happening the very next day!
This evening is about more than preparing supplies. It’s about preparing ourselves to share the Gospel, minister with compassion, and be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
📖 WHAT WE’LL BE DOING
🗣️ Soul-Winning Practice
We’ll continue practicing our soul-winning script, working together to build familiarity, confidence, and boldness as we prepare to share the Gospel with those we encounter.
🎶 Worship
We’ll spend time worshipping the Lord, turning our attention to Him and remembering the heart behind this mission.
🙏 Prayer & Spiritual Preparation
We’ll pray for boldness, divine appointments, open hearts, protection, and every person we’ll encounter during the outreach. We’ll also pray over the teams and the supplies being prepared.
🎒 Packing the Backpacks
We’ll gather all donated items and pack the backpacks with cold-weather and wet-weather supplies, non-perishable food, hygiene items, and other practical necessities. Every backpack is an opportunity to show someone the love of Christ in a tangible way.
❤️ Preparing Our Outreach Teams
Backpacks will be distributed to those ministering outside of DeLand before they depart for their outreach locations. We’ll make sure our teams are prepared and ready to serve.
📅 DATE: Friday, November 20, 2026

Our mission is not simply to provide charity. We want to share the hope of Jesus Christ, minister to people with compassion, and make disciples.
