LIVE TAPING: Overheard with Evan Smith Featuring Jon Langford

Jon Langford has been a constant fixture on the fringes of the music industry and art world for the last three decades. The Welsh-born artist and musician, who relocated to Chicago in 1992, has a degree in fine art from the University of Leeds. Though he downed brushes to co-found the seminal punk rock band The Mekons in 1977, he has continued to produce album covers for artists such as Buddy Guy. He still performs with The Mekons and the Chicago hard country legends the Waco Brothers.
