The Dailey Collective and Winnie's are hosting a Live Storytelling night, Spooky Edition!!!!Bring your best scary, spooky, witchy, fit-for-Halloween stories!
We will have a handful of featured storytellers for the night. If you know you'd like to share a story, please email Sam at [email protected] subject line "SPOOKY." (I nearly just wrote my email address from my teen years...now that is spooky!!!!)
We will also have an open mic portion at the end of the night for all to share. You may bring real life stories, your favorite scary stories from another author, like Edgar Allen Poe, or a fictional story you wrote, as well as songs, poems, art "show and tell" - as long as it is "spooky and/or spiritual" to keep it "Halloween." The only stipulation is no "gore" or anything that would traumatize the community. (Scary suspense - okay, gorey (in depth detail) grossness - no thanks!)
The event is from 7-9pm. Featured storytellers will go first, 10 minutes per person. Then we will have a short intermission, and finally, will finish with open mic where everyone gets about 5-7 minutes to share depending on sign ups. Winnie's will have a whole menu of drinks to choose from, witchy potions of all kinds!!!
Looking forward to seeing you there and hearing your spookiest and most spiritual (ghost) stories!!!
