Finish Strong. Start Strong. is a practical and interactive business morning designed to help you take stock of where you are now, finish 2026 with greater clarity and momentum, and head into 2027 with focus, direction and a clear idea of what you want to achieve.
This isn't a morning of sitting and listening to speaker after speaker. Expect workshops, practical exercises, table discussions, shared ideas and plenty of opportunities to connect with other business owners.

We'll explore four key areas:

Clarity – The Wheel of Clarity
Stacey will lead you through a practical workshop using my bespoke Wheel of Clarity, giving you the opportunity to look honestly at where your business is now, what's working, what needs attention and where you want to go next.

Visibility & AI
Erin will lead an interactive session exploring how you can become more visible, get known for what you do and use AI practically and effectively within your business — without losing the human connection that makes your business yours.

Business Values
Julia will explore what you really want your business to stand for and how being clear about your values can help shape your decisions, the people you work with and the business you want to build. An interactive exercise giving you something to take away to continue to work on your business values as we head towards the end of 2026.

From Insight to Action
We'll bring everything from the morning together so that you don't leave with a notebook full of ideas that never see the light of day! You'll identify your priorities and the actions you want to take to finish 2026 strongly and start 2027 intentionally.
And because this is Live Life Connected, there will of course be plenty of time for networking, conversations and connections, before we finish the morning with lunch together.

Stacey Henshaw
Founder of Live Life Connected & Live Life Organised Business Support Services

Stacey has worked as an Online Business Manager for nearly 10 years, working closely with business owners behind the scenes to bring greater organisation, structure and clarity to their businesses.

Through Live Life Organised, she has gained a real understanding of the challenges that come with running a business – from juggling priorities and making decisions to finding the time and headspace to actually work on the business rather than constantly working in it.

That experience, combined with a passion for bringing people together, led Stacey to create Live Life Connected – a business community built around the belief that business is better when we don't try to do it alone.

More than simply networking, Live Life Connected brings business owners together to build genuine relationships, share experiences, learn from one another and create opportunities through connection and collaboration.

As part of Finish Strong. Start Strong., Stacey will lead an interactive clarity workshop using her bespoke Wheel of Clarity – a practical tool designed to help business owners step back, take an honest look at where they are now, recognise what's working and what needs attention, and get clear on where they want to go next.

Julia Bell

Julia is a qualified coach and business owner with more than 25 years’ experience working in demanding, fast-paced organisations. During her career as an Executive Assistant, she worked closely with senior leaders, including supporting Global CEOs, and became a trusted sounding board to people carrying significant responsibility.

After a long corporate career, Julia began her coach training in 2023 and qualified in 2025, before leaving employed work and becoming self-employed. Since then, she has supported clients through coaching programmes and standalone sessions, helping them explore confidence, boundaries, wellbeing, relationships, career direction and periods of change.

Alongside her professional experience, Julia draws upon her own experience of changing careers, relocating and building businesses of her own. These changes sparked a deeper interest in personal values, self-trust and how understanding what genuinely matters to us can help us make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Julia’s coaching style is warm, intuitive and gently challenging. She helps people slow down, cut through overthinking and understand what is really driving them. She believes we often hold more wisdom than we realise; sometimes we simply need the space to hear it, trust it and decide what to do next.

Julia is also the woman behind Living Deliciously, her coaching work supporting women to reconnect with themselves, trust what they want and make choices that feel true to them.
