✨ A day of hypnosis, meditation and live improvised music in a 13th-century medieval hall.Step out of ordinary time and into a day of deep listening, expanded awareness and immersive sound.
In the historic medieval hall of Moignes Court, just ten participants will gather for an intimate and experimental journey combining hypnosis, spiritual exploration and live ambient music.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The day will unfold through three 90-minute sessions of improvisational hypnosis, meditation and live music, with time between sessions to rest, reflect and connect.
Rather than following a rigid programme, each session will respond to the atmosphere and experiences of the group, allowing something unique to emerge.
Darshan is a Sanskrit word referring to seeing or being in the presence of something sacred or transformative.
In our interpretation, Hypno-Darshan invites you into a space where voice, music, silence and shared presence come together to encourage deeper states of awareness.
Drawing inspiration from the themes of our Sophosis project — Solve et Coagula (dissolving and reforming) — the experience offers an opportunity to explore your inner world through suggestion, metaphor, music and contemplative practice.
YOUR FACILITATORS
Anna Grear — Certified hypnotist
Anna will guide the sessions through hypnosis, voice, spiritual exploration and meditative practices.
Ralph Cree — Musician and multi-instrumentalist
Ralph will create live, improvised ambient soundscapes that respond intuitively to the unfolding experience.
Together, we are Sophosis.
