It's been a few years since we've had a visit from our neighbors up north! Fairbanks-based The Shoot Dangs are making their way down to Girdwood, bringing their own rough-around-the-edges brand of “blueCrass” back to the Sitz. Joining them is special guest Orion Donicht, a longtime fixture of Alaska's music scene whose punk roots, offbeat songwriting, and anything-goes approach make him a fitting addition to the night.
So here's to a little reunion, a little blueCrass, and a whole lot of catching up to do.
