We have a very special session coming up at Littleport Village Hall!We are collaborating with the wonderful Gemma from e.motion fit to run a joint breathwork and Soundbath session. This event is a very power session for emotional release as Gemma guides you through a conscious connected breathwork technique which alters your conscious state where deep emotions can be released, supporting you with a powerful playlist which brings emotions to the forefront she will support and guide you and even encourage us all to collectively scream, to powerfully let go of stress, trauma, grief, anything you are struggling to process as she metaphorically holds the group emotionally in a nurturing way where we can truly look within ourselves and see things from a completely different perspective. A session to honour ourselves and be a turning moment for considerable change!
I will then gently support your nervous system through our Sound bath to soothe you and allow you time to rest and process what has come up for you.
