Little Shop of Horrors is a wildly entertaining musical comedy that blends sci-fi, horror, and doo-wop into one unforgettable show. Set on Skid Row, the story follows Seymour, a shy flower shop assistant who discovers a mysterious plant with an unusual appetite and an even bigger plan for world domination. As the plant, Audrey II, grows, so do Seymour’s dreams of love, success, and escape from his bleak reality. But fame and fortune come at a cost, and Seymour soon learns that feeding his ambitions may mean losing his soul. Featuring an iconic score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, the musical includes fan-favorite songs like “Suddenly, Seymour,” “Skid Row,” and “Feed Me.”
Darkly funny, fast-paced, and delightfully offbeat, Little Shop of Horrors is a cult classic that asks how far we’re willing to go to get what we think we deserve, and whether the price is ever worth paying.
