Brand new for November 💛 Little Movers Yoga is a playful, relaxed class for little ones on the move up to around 4 years and their grown-ups.Expect playful yoga, movement, songs, stories, grown-up stretching and plenty of freedom for little ones to join in in their own way.
There’s no pressure to sit still or copy every move. Wandering, watching, crawling, climbing and dipping in and out are all welcome.
Each session finishes with time for a cuppa, a chat and some free play.
