We’ll kick things off with a Chick-Fil-A lunch and conversation about maternal health, nutrition and education with Jessica Houston, founder of EpiNourished. While you’re here, sign up to get your car seat checked* by the Lakeland Regional Health certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPST) and enjoy our free outdoor Zumbini class with your little one.
Zumbini is a music and movement class for kids ages 0-5 and their caregiver. Class will be from 12:30 p.m. until 1:15 p.m.
This day is made for the little ladybugs and their parents – space is limited, RSVP today!**
*Please bring your car seat manual and car owner's manual.
