Join local storyteller Harini Karthikayan for a special Diwali Storytime celebrating imagination, kindness and wonder.Through a delightful collection of heartwarming stories inspired by family, friendship and the spirit of giving, children will discover how even the smallest acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day and help spread light, joy and hope throughout their community. Along the way, young participants will be invited to sing, dance and join in interactive storytelling that brings each tale to life.
Families can also learn more about the meaning and traditions of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, and reflect on the values of generosity, gratitude and togetherness that make this celebration so special. The fun continues with a hands-on Diwali-themed craft activity, where children can create their own colourful keepsake to take home and remember the experience.
A joyful and engaging session for children and families to celebrate culture, creativity and connection together.
