What’s going on in January?
From the zoo to the farm, Little Explorers travel the globe (without leaving the room) meeting animals from every kind of habitat! We’ll visit the zoo with Curious George, bundle up with A Polar Bear in the Snow, dive into the ocean with Rainbow Fish, and head down to the farm, singing along with “Old McDonald Had a Zoo,” the “Polar Animals Song,” “Down in the Deep Blue Sea,” and “The Animals on the Farm” while building phonics, pattern recognition, and early math skills.
January 5: Zoo Animals | Learning standard: 1.1.PK.D – Develop beginning phonics and word skills.
January 12: Arctic Animals | Learning standard: AL.2.PK.D – Recognize and extend simple patterns.
