This year's Austin Studio Tour brings something new to my studio: a collection of little lenticular artworks bursting with color, energy, and movement!
What's lenticular art? It's a fascinating printing process that allows an image to shift as your viewing angle changes. But the real fun begins when you pick one up. Give it a little tilt, turn it in your hands, and watch the image transform before your eyes. It's a playful, almost magical experience that's nearly impossible to capture in a photograph. You really have to see it for yourself!
These small works, ranging from 4 × 4 to 10 × 10 inches, are open-edition prints created from my original digital collages. They're full of vibrant color and visual surprises, with prices from just $20 to $55.
