We're doing a fundraiser for "Little Annie's Hope Train" at the VFW 1500 / American Legion Post 214 on Saturday, November 7th. The Hope Train was established to assist our northeastern Ohio neighbors in need who are homeless or struggling to feed their families.Several food pantries (around 19) have sprouted up throughout our community where people can leave food or can take food if they're in need.
This event is to FILL THE BUS with donations that can be re-distributed. Here's what is needed: Toilet Paper (2-3 rolls in gallon zip-lock), Hand warmers, Thick men's socks, granola bars, slim Jims, tuna, fruit snacks, peanut butter, jelly, crackers, cookies, ramen noodles, soup, pasta and sauce, veggies - any non-perishable and fresh foods.
