Litterburghs Social Club
Litterburghs brings together optimistic, creative, conscientious, growth-minded people who value wellness, connection, community, and care about how they show up for themselves, others, and the city of Pittsburgh. Through neighborhood cleanups and social gatherings, we turn those values into action- building relationships and cleaning up our home along the way.
Whether we’re exploring a new neighborhood, supporting a local coffee shop after a cleanup, or sharing conversations that inspire one another to grow, our goal is simple: leave every place—and every person—a little better than we found them. If you value community, personal growth, genuine connection, supporting local, and making a positive impact, you’ll fit right in. Together, we’re keeping Pittsburgh cute—and building the kind of community we’d all want to be part of.
Join us Sunday 9/27 from 10am-12pm for a cleanup in the East Liberty neighborhood, followed by an optional (but highly encouraged) matcha social at Spot Of Matcha! (not to be confused with Spot Of Coffee). To celebrate the opening of this new location, all Litterburghs will receive 1/2 off their matcha order! At the end, we'll reveal a secret word to mention at the register to redeem. This location is matcha forward, but there are limited coffee drinks available. The matcha social will start right after the clean-up, around noon at 5730 Ellsworth Ave.
Meet behind the East Liberty Presbyterian Church (on the corner of Baum Blvd & S Whitfield St). Please arrive 10-15 mins early for introductions and supplies distribution. Street parking is available in the area and is typically free on Sundays. This event is free but spots are limited. If after you’ve signed up, you’ve had a change of plans, please cancel your reservation to allow someone off of the waitlist! Please bring/wear: comfortable shoes, a small crossbody or fanny pack to be hands free, sunscreen if needed, good vibes!!!
Things we provide: all supplies for picking, gloves, trash bags, hand sanitizer, first aid kit, water, trash disposal, good vibes.
DO NOT BRING: bad vibes
