Literary Escape Festival - Edinburgh

The Literary Escape Festival is a brand new event debuting in 2025, bringing together authors and bookish businesses under one roof.

Come and meet author's—and perhaps get a book (or three!) signed. Explore stalls from independent bookish businesses, where you might just discover your next go-to bookmark, candle, or gift.

This is not only a book fair—it’s a curated escape into the cosy, magical universe of books, creators, and everything readers adore.

Whether you’re a lifelong bookworm or a casual reader, this is your perfect literary getaway.
