🌙 Rooted in Reiki’s Monthly LIT Candlelit ExperienceNovember: Buy One/Get One-Bring a Friend.
Step into a softly glowing sanctuary where stillness, intention, and energy meet. Rooted in Reiki’s LIT Experience — Living In Truth — is a monthly candlelit meditation designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release stagnant energy, and realign with your authentic light.
Each gathering blends hypnotic guided meditation, Reiki‑infused energetic support, and the warm flicker of candlelight to create a deeply soothing, transformative atmosphere. As the room settles into a gentle hush, participants are invited to drop into their bodies, breathe with intention, and allow the energy to illuminate what is ready to shift, heal, or awaken.
✨ What makes LIT so special
A serene candlelit environment that encourages grounding and inner reflection
Hypnotic meditation that guides you into deep relaxation and subconscious clarity

A supportive, heart‑centered community space
Whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, energetic renewal, or a consistent spiritual practice, LIT offers a gentle yet powerful pathway back to yourself. Each month brings a new theme, a fresh intention, and a chance to rise a little lighter.
