About this Event
Listing Speed Dating: Ugly Christmas Sweater Edition! 🎄🏡
Let's make some deals happen just in time for the holidays!
Join Mortgage Investors Group's Memphis Branch for a festive twist on real estate networking with our Listing Speed Dating: Ugly Christmas Sweater Edition!
Have a listing that's been sitting on the market? A pocket listing or off-market opportunity? Buyers searching for that perfect home?
Bring your cold listings, pocket listings, off-market properties, and buyers' wish lists!
This isn't your typical networking event! Listing Speed Dating is an interactive, fast-paced experience designed to get real estate professionals talking, sharing opportunities, and making connections that can turn into actual transactions.
How It Works
Agents will rotate through a series of quick, structured networking rounds, sharing their available properties, buyer needs, and opportunities with other real estate professionals.
It's the perfect chance to:
- 🏡 Revive Cold Listings: Get fresh eyes on properties that haven't found the right buyer.
- 🔑 Discover Hidden Opportunities: Share pocket listings and off-market properties.
- 🎯 Match Buyers With Homes: Bring your buyers' wish lists and connect with agents who may have exactly what they're looking for.
- 🤝 Make Deals Happen: Build relationships, exchange opportunities, and create momentum before the end of the year.
🎄 Wear Your Ugly Christmas Sweaters!
We're bringing a little holiday cheer to the real estate world! Pull out your most outrageous, festive, or hilariously ugly Christmas sweater and join us for an afternoon of connections, conversations, and potential closings!
