At my campaign's request, Calvary Baptist Church, 800 34th Ave SE, has allowed us to use its space for two public listening sessions. This is the first: Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM, in the sanctuary at 800 34th Ave SE, Albany, OR 97322.I am running for Mayor of Albany in the November 3 election. The conversation will be facilitated. I give a brief introduction, and then the majority of the time is listening to people from the community about their hopes, fears, concerns and struggles. I'll try and provide my view and position. I want to hear what is working on your street, what is broken, and what people wish City Hall understood.
It is an opportunity for people to come hear my story and ask questions, and for me to hear their story and their issues as we build towards a better America.
It is open to the public and in no way is an endorsement. The church does not endorse candidates, and I have not asked it to. Any other candidate can ask for the room on the same terms. There will be no fundraising at either session.
