Lino Printing with Claire Armitage
Come join us at The Barn for a creative morning of lino printing with the talented artist Claire Armitage!
This lino print workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to develop their skills. We’ll be printing by hand, and all materials will be provided. Through hands-on practical demonstrations, participants will have the opportunity to create their own lino print by the end of the session. We’ll explore lino cutting techniques, mark-making, and composition. We will take inspiration from the natural world as it changes with the seasons.
Whether you bring an ongoing project or start something new, you’ll find a supportive environment that fosters your artistic development.
Claire has extensive teaching experience and is currently a lecturer in the Art Department at Penwith College, where she has taught for the past eight years. Before that, she was a lecturer at Falmouth University for eleven years.
