Jen Handley is an entrepreneur and community builder whose career has taken her through advertising, research, entertainment, technology, and wellness, including co-founding and exiting a tech-based company.
Throughout it all, she has been drawn to the same thing: creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and feel comfortable being fully themselves. Today, Jen's work includes helping leaders and teams thrive, co-owning Flourish Yoga + Wellbeing, and creating retreats and experiences centered on connection and personal growth.
Jen is passionate about helping people show up more authentically, build deeper connections, and find a greater sense of contentment in the lives they are already living.
