One of Southern California’s biggest nights of swing dancing is getting a full holiday takeover! Join the ATOMIC family for the Lindy Christmas Swing Dance, featuring incredible live jazz from Jonathan Stout and His Campus Five featuring Hilary Alexander, Christmas treats, our Santa Switch Strictly, and even a chance to grab a dance with Lindy Santa & Mrs. Claus. Dress festive, bring your friends, and get ready for a packed night of live music, holiday fun, and swing dancing!
✨Group Classes for Every Experience Level✨
Start the night with one of our swing dance group classes, with options for dancers at different experience levels. Work on Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, and other swing dance styles, from building stronger fundamentals to more challenging material for experienced dancers. Pick the class that fits where you are in your dancing, then stick around and use it on the social floor.
🎉Brand New to Swing Dancing? Start Here!🎉
Never danced Swing before? Join our Intro to Swing Dancing Class and we’ll get you moving before the party starts. You’ll learn simple swing dance basics that you can use that same night, then head straight onto the floor and dance to the live band. No partner needed and no previous dance experience required.
🎅Santa Switch Strictly🧑🏼🎄
Do you love to lead AND follow? Grab a partner and jump into our Santa Switch Strictly! Dancers must switch between leading and following throughout the music while showing off their Swing dancing, creativity, and partnership.
🌟Prelims: Tap Into Finals
Couples will dance 2–3 songs for about one minute each, switching roles throughout. Judges will tap couples into the finals.
🌟Finals:
Each finalist couple will get a one-minute spotlight, switching between leading and following throughout the dance, with a special Santa twist!
