Judging begins at 9 a.m. sharp. No late entries accepted!
Bring your completed entry form and get ready to show off those costumes! Children will be judged by age group, with a group category available, too.
🎀 Every entry receives a participant ribbon.
🏆 First-place winners receive a trophy.
🥈 Second- and third-place winners receive ribbons.
Please keep costume accessories safe and nonviolent. All pets must be leashed, and owners must clean up after them. Adults are welcome to join the fun, with honorary prizes.
