Join Lincoln Choral Society for a beautiful evening of music as we celebrate the festive season at St Peter & St Paul Catholic Church in Lincoln.December can be such a busy time of year. Amidst all the shopping, preparations and festivities, we'd love to invite you to take a little time out of the Christmas rush and spend an evening enjoying the beauty of choral music.
This year we're bringing together three beautiful works, each offering something different to discover:
✨ Vivaldi - Magnificat
✨ Vaughan Williams - Fantasia on Christmas Carols
✨ Gerald Finzi - In Terra Pax
From the joyful energy of Vivaldi to the familiar carol melodies woven through Vaughan Williams and the peaceful beauty of Finzi, we hope there's something in this music that stays with you long after the evening ends.
And of course, it wouldn't be a Christmas concert without some carols! We'll also be inviting everyone to join us in singing some festive favourites.
Date & Time: 6pm, Sunday 13th December 2026
Address: St Peter & St Paul Catholic Church, 2A Skellingthorpe Road, Lincoln, LN6 7RB
Entry: £5 per person, with a retiring collection at the end of the concert.
Whether you're a lifelong lover of choral music or have never attended a choral concert before, we'd love to welcome you.
Come along, make yourself comfortable, and let the music do the rest. ❤️
