LILITH ~ Dance of Darkness6 Week Fusion Belly Dance Fundamentals
Starts Wednesday 23rd September 8-9pm @ The Space, Falmouth Sports Club
As we approach the Autumn Equinox, you are invited to dance with me to honour one of the emanations of the Dark Goddess, Lilith.
We will be focusing on serpentine movement technique from the Fusion style of Belly Dance and learning a choreography inspired by the essence of Lilith. We will also cover embodiment practices to connect to the deep river of feminine wisdom rising up from the Earth. We listen to receive insights from our inner Lilith, the archetype of the rebel who is not afraid to break out of conformist society, and the one who is attuned to the cycles of nature and her instinctual self.
Suitable for beginners, with optional intermediate layers for an extra challenge. All gender identities welcome.
