Lightworx Paddle & Flow: Paddleboarding, Sandbar Yoga & Sound Healing
Join us in beautiful Bonita Springs for a 2-hour guided coastal experience here to help you reset physically, mentally, and emotionally every Saturday.
We begin on the water, paddling at a relaxed pace through calm coastal surroundings and mangroves. As you move, you will be guided to slow down, breathe deeper, and settle into the rhythm of the water and the natural world around you. This isn't just a regular tour, but a chance to unplug and come back to yourself.
At the Hickory Pass sandbar, you will then be guided through a gentle yoga flow on the sand, followed by a calming sound healing and breathwork session designed to help you fully unwind and reset your nervous system.
Afterward, we will have time to explore, collect shells, connect with others, or simply take in the stillness before we make our way back with a short and easy paddle.
This experience is curated to leave you feeling clear, connected, present, and recharged.
Important: GPS may incorrectly direct you to the Little Hickory Beach parking area. Please continue across the bridge to Big Hickory Island. You'll see our trailer with kayaks and paddleboards at the launch site.

- Coming from Big Hickory Island: The launch site is on your left just before the bridge.

Paddleboard or kayak rentals are included in the ticket price.
Guided paddleboard coastal experience
Yoga, breathwork, and sound healing class on the sandbar
Dry bags for personal items, water, and yoga mats provided
Paddleboards are the primary experience, but kayaks are available upon request for those who prefer a more stable option.
Experience level
No prior experience is needed. This offering is open to all levels and you will be guided throughout the entire experience.
