A creative and therapeutic space that blends dance concepts with props and lights.
The beginning of the session will focus on movement exercises inspired by drama and dance improvisation practices.
Gradually Introducing props and lights, the space will become a hub for creative improvisation.
Within a darkened environment you can explore and produce colourful light installations and dance improvisation using materials provided.
This space is guided by multidisciplinary artist and dancer Sarah Blackwell that has been producing and fascilitating creative spaces for over 10 years.
This space is for those aged 16 or over.
It is pay as you feel.
