In this hands on workshop we are addressing lymphatics 101 with the basic understanding of how the lymph system works, and how to open the lymph nodes and use exercise and movements to help keep the lymphatic system open. Including in the workshop - an assessment by a massage therapist trained in lymphatic massage, so that you know where your areas of congestion are as well as some tools to help you on your lymphatic journey.
