Our Teacher, Kamini Desai, has an app “I am Yoga Nidra” on both the Apple and Google play stores. We highly recommend that you download this and utilize it for a minimum of eight weeks leading up to our retreat. However, we encourage beginning immediately for the amazing results. This practice will help you tremendously with stress, improving sleep, Jetlag, and your well-being both mentally and physically. 😊 Ensure all the many benefits are being received from a regular practice, five times a week, minimally, in the morning upon waking, at night before going to bed, or anytime during the day when you simply feel you need to reset.

Enjoy EIGHT DAYS and SEVEN NIGHTS!! The cost is per person (rooms are double occupancy). You will be placed with a roommate, unless you’re bringing a friend! Retreat dates are June 5, 2027 through June 12, 2027.

Breakfast is included along with welcome /closing dinner, all other lunches and dinners excluded – average $25L/$27D per meal per day w/two restaurants on site. You’re welcome to eat off site. All retreat guests must reside at Soulshine.

Package includes multiple practitioners leading wellness classes, workshops, ceremonies, 1 session at Pyramids of Chi, Waterfall and Temple excursions, one 60 minute massage, special guest, plus one whole FREE DAY to play!! Sessions are highly encouraged, however, not mandatory. Free Wi-Fi, room cleaning, turn down service, and unlimited use of pools and day club.

There is a $8/day tip guideline per guest, which is pooled and shared among the entire Soulshine staff who support your experience every month. You can tip by card or cash before check out.
