Light Within – A Sound Bath for Joy & Renewal 📅 Thursday 12 November 2026
⏰ 7:30–8:30pm
📍 The Yoga Company – Baxter
🎟 $35 + booking fee
As we head towards the end of the year, this sound bath is a chance to slow down, take a break from the busyness and enjoy an hour just for you.
Get comfortable and settle in as you're surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, giant chimes, rainstick, gentle voice and more.
There’s nothing you need to do and no experience needed. Just lie back, listen and give yourself some time to rest and reset.
Come exactly as you are. 🤍
Bring a blanket, pillow and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable.
Spaces are limited — bookings essential.
